In 2023, we are celebrating 30 golden years of success and big achievements! We would like to commemorate this event by sharing a few highlights of the past years and milestones we have achieved. This is our story..

Our Story Begins In 1993 With Inception As A Training Centre 'Aptech'.

With the inception of Aptech, a new world of opportunities was born, bringing hope and excitement to countless individuals seeking to build a better future for themselves.

2COMS Expanded Its Vertical Into Recruitment & Staffing

We ventured into the world of recruitment, opening up endless possibilities for job seekers and companies alike!

We Founded EduJobs Academy, a Skill Development Company

A wave of passion and purpose swept through as EduJobs Academy came to life - a company dedicated to empowering individuals through skill development, igniting a flame of hope and inspiration for a brighter tomorrow.

We have been awarded PIAs by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship for being the best training partner.

EduJobs won Champion PIAs Award & Best Performing Training Partner Award as well as ET awards for recruitment. We also launched Care Netram on 28th August - a social enterprise with a purpose to reduce avoidable blindness through accessible & affordable eye care services.

We begun apprenticehsip management through Train@work

Care Netram was launched with the mission to provide accessible, affordable, & sustainable vision care services for all. Train@work emerged as a pioneering force in the world of apprenticeship management which pushed the growth curve of staffing.

We WON the SKOCH ORDER OF MERIT & SKOCH GOLD Award

EduJobs team's exceptional performance earned us the prestigious SKOCH ORDER OF MERIT award, while Care Netram's outstanding contributions were recognized with the SKOCH GOLD award, filling us with a deep sense of gratitude and fulfilment. Our headcount soared to an impressive 5,000, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence. Additionally, we launched JobsAcademy - an e-learning platform to empower aspiring youths and job seekers through skill development.

2COMS Was Recognized as No. 1 TPA in India for Apprenticeship Implementation
