Indian Human Supply Chain Management group 2COMS has tied up with Telangana-based TOMCOM for international placement.

The aim is to create migration pathways for residents of Telangana to pursue careers abroad. IndieTalent looks to source trained nurses to Germany, Qatar, the UK, and New Zealand in the first phase of the partnership. 2COMS IndieTalent will also supply hospitality candidates to Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.

Apart from helping candidates migrate, 2COMS also will conduct training for local talents in foreign languages. Both trained nursing and hospitality professionals as well as freshers will be able to get jobs abroad. Language training certificates in English IELTS and German TELC/Goethe/ÖSD/ECL are also doled out by IndieTalent in partnership with local and international authorities.
