IndieTalent partners with OVERSEAS MANPOWER CORPORATION LTD (OMCL) to empower aspirants with the skills for international careers in Germany and beyond.

2COMS Group's international placement wing IndieTalent will enable skill training for the youths of Tamil Nadu for global employment/internship opportunities. This MoU is signed to establish a general framework for the execution of skill training programs for the youth of Tamil Nadu state, for employment in Germany and other countries, in sectors like nursing, apprenticeship, and other healthcare and nonhealthcare sectors. It sets out the role and responsibilities of each of the parties for the achievement of common objectives of providing skill training to the youth of Tamil Nadu State for global employment/internship opportunities.

The MOU will enable the Tamil Nadu youth to take foreign language training and vocational training for foreign placement. The awareness and wide publicity about overseas job opportunities in newspapers/ educational and vocational training will is also part of the MOU. Aspiring candidates can benefit from the series of seminars, job fairs, and other events that will take place in the coming days.

2COMS IndieTalent will enable the recruitment, sourcing, eligibility check and training need mapping on behalf of OMCL. 2COMS IndieTalent will also vet the overseas job requirements and make sure the right job mapping to talent sourcing takes place.
