The campus recruitment drive has been launched in premier B-schools across India. "We are looking for talents who have an eye for innovation as we are embarking on an exciting new time for Human Resources in India," said Mr. Pramod Pachisia, COO of 2COMS Group. "We are also looking to make inroads in sunrise industries like EV, Solar, and rapidly growing ones like Pharma, robotics, AI and more," he added.
To up the ante, the interviews are being conducted in a panel model with experienced industry leaders being part of the panels. A multi-layered interview structure is in place to go beyond academics and understand the true potential and aptitude of the applying candidates. "We are projecting aggressive expansion in recruitment, staffing, apprenticeship management, and international recruitment. We need the best minds on board," added Mr. Prashant Pachisia, Director and Founder of 2COMS Group. The criteria for the hires is a strong academic background along with sturdy extra-curricular, community development knowledge and other interests.
In the first phase, campus hiring is going in locations like Banglore, Delhi and Mumbai. 2COMS Group is looking for a mix of online onboarding and in-hand training for recruits in regional clusters across India. The two-month-long campus hiring and shortlisting program will conclude with the top performers being converted to on-roll executives.
