EduJobs Academy proudly celebrated the launch of its BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
Project Batch, a significant milestone achieved in partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and PayPal. This landmark initiative is designed to equip young aspirants with essential skills in the BFSI sector, one of India’s fastest-growing industries, before connecting them to employment opportunities with leading organizations.
The launch ceremony, held on April 11, 2025, was marked with an air of excitement and pride. The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony symbolizing knowledge, empowerment, and new beginnings. Leaders from EduJobs Academy, NSDC representatives, and local dignitaries highlighted the transformative role skill development plays in enabling India’s youth to step confidently into the professional world.
A key highlight of the event was the enrollment of 240 candidates, each beginning their journey of specialized BFSI training. These candidates will undergo a carefully designed curriculum that blends industry knowledge, professional grooming, and technical training. Upon completion of their skilling program, they will be supported with structured placement assistance, ensuring that their learning journey culminates in meaningful career opportunities.
During the ceremony, candidates were introduced to their training framework and guided on how the program will empower them with the competencies required by the BFSI sector. Trainers emphasized the importance of persistence and adaptability, assuring participants that EduJobs Academy would be with them at every step, from classrooms to corporate careers.
In his keynote address, Prashant Pachisia, CEO of 2COMS, remarked, “This launch is not just about starting a new batch, it’s about unlocking futures.
